Premature ejaculation, problems for many males, could lead to lower sexual satisfaction for both the person facing it and their partner. Researchers have shown than around 4-39 percent of males experience premature ejaculation.

According to the doctors and experts, premature ejaculation happen when someone has an orgasm very quickly or orgasms without control. Males with premature ejaculation may also have very little warning before their orgasm, so they may not be able to delay it, according to Medical News Today.

However, there are home remedies and exercises that might help people delay their ejaculation or become more aware of their sensations and how to control them.

Minerals like zinc could be helpful as there may be link between zinc and sexual dysfunction because zinc also plays a role in male fertility. Researchers have shown that reduced quantities of zinc in the seminal fluid of males with infertility. So, zinc supplementation improves sexual dysfunction and increases serum testosterone levels in the body and helps improve sexual dysfunction.

Likewise, minerals like magnesium are also important for healthy sperm production and reproductive health. As per the researches, low magnesium levels also cause premature ejaculation. So, having enough magnesium in the diet might be helpful for premature ejaculation.

Likewise, a study in the journal Reviews on Environmental Health, calcium, copper, manganese and selenium could also be beneficial.

On the other hand, various pelvic floor exercises could help to train the muscles involved in ejaculation. As per studies, a 12 week program of pelvic floor exercises helped males to control their ejaculatory reflexes and increase their time to climax.

Actually, pelvic floor muscles are the same muscles involved in cutting off the flow of urine and to perform pelvic floor exercises, one need to lie or sit in a comfortable position without putting pressure on the perineum, which is the area between the anus and the genitals.

Similarly, tightening the muscles involved in cutting off the flow of urine, holding them as tight as possible for 5 seconds need to be done. The muscles should feel as though they are lifting up. There may also be a pressure sensation inside the body, near the muscles.

Experts suggest that releasing the muscles and resting for 5 seconds as well as repeating such process 10 times for one session might work. It is advised that people with premature ejaculation.
