Dr Govinda KC, senior orthopaedic surgeon has demanded that the extra fees taken from students by the medical college be returned. Issuing a press release on Wednesday Dr KC has said that the medical colleges are still charging extra fees from the students. He has warned of launching a fresh protest if the government fails to return extra fees taken from students.
