HEOC gives 24 hours deadline to trace contact of COVID-19 positive patient
Kathmandu, March 23
Health Emergency Operation Center has directed Epidemiology and Disease Control Division to trace contacts of those who had come to Nepal from the flight the Nepali student who was tested positive of coronavirus infection had taken. It has directed EDCD to trace contacts of persons who have been in contact with her after her arrival in the country. The center has given a deadline for tracing the contact in 24 hours.
The teenager is currently undergoing treatment at Sukraraj Tropical and Infectious Disease Hospital, Teku.
