विदेशमा नर्सिङ पढ्न अब काउन्सिलको स्वीकृति अनिवार्य
काठमाडौं, २७ फागुन । नर्सिङ पढ्न विदेश जाने विद्यार्थीले नेपाल नर्सिङ काउन्सिलबाट अनिवार्य स्वीकृति लिनुपर्ने भएको छ ।
विदेशमा नर्सिङ पढेर आएका विद्यार्थीको गुणस्तरलाई ध्यानमा राखी नियमन गर्ने उदेश्यले नेपाल सरकारले सचिवस्तरीय निर्णय गरी सो नियम लागू गरेको हो । विदेशमा नर्सिङ पढ्न जाँदा अध्ययन स्वीकृति लिनुपर्ने प्रावधान १८ फागुनमा बसेको सचिवस्तरीय बैठकले निर्णय गरेको हो ।
विदेशमा अध्ययन गरेर आएका नर्सिङ विद्यार्थीले त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयबाट सर्टिफिकेट भेरिफिकेसन गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । विदेशमा अध्ययनको लागि जाने विद्यार्थीले शिक्षा मन्त्रालयबाट नो अब्जेक्सन लेटर समेत लिनुपर्ने हुन्छ ।
नयाँ बनेको यस प्रावधानबाट विदेश पढ्न जाने नर्सिङ विद्यार्थीले काउन्सिलबाट समेत अध्ययन स्वीकृति लिनुपर्ने हुन्छ । नर्सिङ विद्यार्थीको गुणस्तरलाई ध्यानमा राखी काउन्सिलले नियमन सुरु गर्ने काउन्सिलका अध्यक्ष गोमा निरौंलाले बताइन् ।
काउन्सिलले निर्धारण गरेका कलेज तथा युनिभर्सिटीमा मात्रै नर्सिङ अध्ययनका लागि जान पाउने अध्यक्ष निरौंलाले बताइन् । ‘यो विद्यार्थीको अध्ययन गुणस्तर निर्धारणको लागि हो,’ उनले भनिन् । विद्यार्थीले जुन पायो त्यही कलेजमा पढ्दा दुःख र रजिष्ट्रेसनमा समस्या नपाओस् भनेर कलेज निर्धारण र स्वीकृतिको प्रावधान ल्याएको अध्यक्ष निरौलाले जनाइन् ।
Really very good but whats about within our country Nepal?? Some colleges are running their bachelor program as evening shift or morning shift and how they are getting accreditation? And students are also working in some health organization, and study is part time. How the quality is monitoring?? And more colleges has no own hospital for practical, what they are showing in paper that also not maintaining properly, How they are getting accreditation? Regarding faculties, we found they have no clinical experiences and those from other country they have no equivalent certificate too. I am mentioning here to monitor and supervision in depth that make the nursing profession leading position in health care delivery system in Nepal.
I like the concept.It will make quality as well as it helps in quantity of nurses in Nepal and in abroad..
